The Collections Analyst will be responsible with assisting in the design, development, and improvement of new or existing MIS systems. Assist in analyzing, collecting and processing data/information in order to generate reports on the status and perspective of the department and its business environment. Previous experience with a financial services/collections environment

Educational requirements:
Min 3 years Collections team leader Experience
Min 6months experience in an environment that utilized Excalibur
Excel qualification or experience will be beneficial
Data Analytics and Data modelling
Experience within Collections is essential
Programming skills
Knowledge of information systems
Business process improvement
Advanced excel and database management
Experience with data analysis and business automation tools
Technical writing skills

Take information, visualize it and systematically evaluate in order to generate business relevant knowledge
Responsible for the technical aspects of data evaluation
Define requirements for MIS solutions
Design/develop applications if necessary
Ensure software solutions used assist to deliver desired insights
Design, develop and manage MIS infrastructure
Analyze large scale information
Identify risks and opportunities
