Job Description

Educanta is looking for a Business & Data Analyst fluent in swedish and having an analytical mindset, both business-oriented as well as able to handle large datasets. The project involves analyzing and optimizing the client’s commercial and operational performance in order to help them grow efficiently.

The initial assignment is tailored for a part-time job (50% i.e. 20 hours a week), from January to April 2024, with possibility of extension.

The main tasks of this project include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct geospatial/area analysis for sales and marketing to find growth opportunities (both B2B and B2C), understanding customer funnel, active/inactive users as well as prospects attributes 
  • Run business and data analysis, enabling sales, marketing and operations to jointly make decisions on where to focus expansion efforts and optimise their client demand & car/parking supply matching
  • Support business controlling in assessing commercial and operational performance, building reports, dashboards and maps 
  • Collect and analyse data from different systems such as ERP, CRM, operational systems as well as external sources when needed to answer business questions, identify efficiency gains and continuously recommend process/tools improvement 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field (business, management, industrial management, operations, supply chain, logistics, engineering, mathematics or another quantitative area)
  • Good understanding of sales & marketing, operations and finance including associated processes and systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, BI, etc…)
  • Analytical mindset, structured with ability to handle data and make business sense out of it
  • Microsoft office package with advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge in SQL, Python and BI / data visualization tools.
    Experience working with geospatial analytics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
