Job Description

• Prospecting for new mandates and maintaining relationships with

existing clients.
• Work with the investment banking team to ensure budget is met.
• Structure and execute complex clients’ mandates.
• Mentor and guide analysts and associates to build simple and complex
modelling, valuation, and in-depth quantitative analysis in connection
with client mandate.
• Supervise the collation of relevant financial data for transaction analysis
and execution.
• Engage in and supervise the development of pitch materials including
information memoranda, management, and Board presentations.
• Developing, mentoring, and coaching junior colleagues including
cascading knowledge to staff across the Firm
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current trends of respective sectors.
• Gather information and intelligence on investor.
• Represent the firm at meetings, conferences, and other industry events

Qualifications

• University Degree

• Masters or MBA in related field
• Minimum: First Degree (Second Class Upper)
• Any additional professional qualifications or certifications.

Year of Experience:

 7-10 years’ experience in investment banking or related industry

 

 

Additional Information

Knowledge

• In-depth experience in all of the Firm’s focus industries (agriculture,
power, oil & gas, technology, FMCG and financial services) or new
product development areas (project finance or structured finance)
• Must have very strong experience in all aspects of investment banking
