Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and outgoing sales person to join the team. We need a confident communicator, writer, relationship builder and strategic thinker who can talk with principals, teachers and other school administrators about computer science - a new subject for most schools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Generate revenue by implementing Edhesive sales strategy.
  • Prospect, qualify and build new business opportunities for the company based on given sales leads: including following up on or setting phone appointments, generating quotes and closing deals.
  • Facilitate and manage renewals for your territory, dividing and conquering with Account Manager where needed.
  • Handle all inbound leads for territory by qualifying, engaging partners, and co-managing with Account Manager.
  • Provide support to Account Manager in all account related efforts.
  • Interface regularly with Account Managers to attain or exceed joint targeted gross profit quota through new business generation and sales support efforts.
  • Build ongoing relationships and take proactive role in issue resolutions with Edhesive customer accounts along with internal business operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to multitask and be prepared to manage a wide variety of responsibilities that can change on a daily basis.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Familiarity regarding technology / comfortable speaking about technology.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; particularly exceptional phone demeanor.
  • Organizational skills.
  • A team-oriented attitude.
