Job Description

This position involves making sure customers’ payments are processed in a timely and efficient manner. If any customer has an outstanding balance you would have the responsibility of following up and getting the issue resolved. Along with the day to day tasks that you are responsible for you will also be managing a small team of 3-5 people. As the billing lead you will oversee and (when needed) complete all responsibilities that are delegated to your team. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of 3-5 people
  • Responsible for running and analyzing various billing reports
  • Oversee and (when needed) complete the following responsibilities:
    • Pick up mail from post office and apply received checks to appropriate customer accounts
    • Deposit checks into associated bank accounts
    • Processing customer payments
    • Sending customers to collections with outstanding balances
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers
