• Previous commercial maintenance experience required.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be comfortable using and operating ladders, man lifts, pallet jacks, handheld power tools and other material handling and maintenance equipment and tools.     
• Basic understanding of commercial building electrical maintenance.
• Basic understanding of plumbing systems and maintenance.
• Drywall and painting repair experience.
• Janitorial and window cleaning experience.

Job Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Rooftop HVAC PM servicing
• Cleaning and maintenance of commercial floor scrubbers, vacuums and other janitorial equipment.

Additional Information:

• Compensation of $14.00/hr
• Positive Work Environment

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm
• Monday - Friday, 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Sunday - Thursday, 7:00pm to 11:00pm
