General Assistant – The Greenway Hotel & Spa - 24 Hours

An opportunity has arisen for a General Assistant to join The Greenway Hotel, our 4AA Red Star property, in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

What you’ll be doing?

As a General Assistant you will know and understand what it means to deliver outstanding hospitality and you will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guests’ expectations.

You will work across the Front of House departments in the hotel (Reception & Food and Beverage) ensuring guests are greeted with genuine warmth from arrival to their departure and everything in-between.

What you’ll need?

The successful candidate for this role will be professional, attentive and dedicated to delivering 5* experiences to hotel guests.

Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although we will consider applicants with broad customer service experience as full training for the role will be provided.

You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach to guest service.
