Job Description

Are you passionate about process optimisation as well as sales performance and KPI tracking and want to help our sales team become as efficient as possible?

  • analysing our sales processes to derive learnings, potentials and KPI targets
  • being responsible for the sales process and supervising the modeling and improving of our Salesforce system as well as defining relevant KPIs for the team
  • documenting and analysing workflows to measure and improve sales performance and deriving relevant information for future growth
  • supporting the operative sales team with tangible recommendations and structured data
  • optimising the performance of offers, customer reach and lead strategic evaluation of offers to identify new opportunities
  • optimising our pricing based on data derived from your analysis

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • several years of professional experience in implementing Salesforce and setting up and further developing CRM databases
  • strong analytical skills in utilizing data in Excel and other tools e.g. Tableau, Business Objectives, Power BI
  • experience in setting up, tracking and analysing KPIs
  • very good command of written and spoken English
  • strong organisational skills and high attention to details
  • a high level of enthusiasm for optimising business processes

And nice to have...

  • passion for passing on your knowledge in the area of CRM/Salesforce and training colleagues
  • high service orientation to help the sales team become one of the best ever
  • commercial or technical degree with specialisation in economics or analytics
