Job Description

About the position:

Eatwith is seeking a Content and Social Media Marketing Manager. This person will tell the stories of our talented hosts and their experiences through curated, clever content across all marketing channels, and serve as the final editor on all materials representing our global brand, from partnerships to press opportunities.


  • Manage global Eatwith social media channels. Write all copy, optimize content based on results, grow followings, and report on key metrics.  
  • Elaborate and implement the CRM strategy (transactional, onboarding emails, intercom pop-ups): create weekly and seasonal email marketing campaigns to our global audience.

  • Write blog stories, and grow web traffic utilizing SEO practices through our blog and dedicated landing pages

  • Oversee product messaging and tone of voice to maintain brand guidelines across our different channels: CRM, website, mobile Apps, social channels

  • Work cross-functionally with community, product, marketing teams for promotion of the experiences and create success stories with a high fulfillment rate

  • Maintain company brand guidelines and manage global content calendars



  • Fluent in English ( ideally a native English speaker)

  • Strong understanding of the global Eatwith brand voice, and ability to tailor it for local markets

  • A passion for storytelling, and for the food and travel industries

  • Serious writing chops and a fantastic eye for imagery and design – graphic design skills are a plus

  • A strategic, startup spirit and excitement for entering a very hands-on role

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and reporting tools

  • Understanding of SEO techniques
  • Experience using Mailchimp is a plus

  • Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin


  • Run a food/travel/lifestyle Instagram account 
  • Previous experience in events/hospitality/travel industry
  • Familiarity with London food scene
