About the position:

Eatwith is looking for a Community & Customer support Intern- Hebrew Speaker- based in Barcelona

You have a passion for building community and you want to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You have experience in growing and fostering online communities and social media management. You are passionate about connecting people in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

• Manage event requests and bookings with a strong focus on details and customer service excellence.

• Ensure all back office activities from operations to invoicing.

• Provide friendly and efficient support by phone and email to the Eatwith community

• Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve guest and host questions and inquiries

• Provide support to new host applying in Israel and help the existing community to optimize existing content

• Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

• Be a team player

Requirements

• Native Hebrew speaker and fluent in English
• Familiarity with the Tel Aviv food scene
• Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and written
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• A team player at heart
• Strong organization skills
