Job Description

Eatwith is looking for a Community Manager, based in Barcelona, reporting to the Head of Community. You are a community builder deep inside and you thrive in fast-paced startup environment. You have a significant experience in growing and fostering online communities. You are passionate about connecting people in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Source our future top hosts by using scouting sites and social media

  • Review and onboarding of new host applications

  • Creating educational content for hosts to help them grow in our community and get to the next level

  • Write and optimize hosts content: Descriptions for experiences, presentations for partners, ...

  • Identifying and selecting hosts for our various strategic partners

  • Working with corporate team to create purposeful products for our host community  

  • Occasional trips across Europe to meet, onboard and train hosts

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker

  • At least 1 year experience managing online communities

  • Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and written

  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

  • Team player at heart

  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Autonomous, problem-solving attitude

  • A good eye for imagery and design

  • Detailed-oriented

  • Experience in the travel industry and/or B2B is a plus

  • A foodie!
