Job Description
Receptionist/general office clerk will perform various clerical duties at fast pace law office, such as: greeting clients and all visitors, screening incoming calls on multiple telephone lines; scheduling appointments; document translation; collecting payments; data entry; and preparing mailings. The receptionist will also be responsible for assisting attorneys and paralegals with general administrative tasks and coordination of projects. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential. Previous experience working in a professional setting is preferred.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- 1 year minimum of clerical and office experience.
- Certification of Typing/Keyboarding speed of 40 net words per minute
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Bilingual: able to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
