Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office and Employee Experience Associate to help drive the success of our NYC corporate office. In this role, you’ll be the central force behind a welcoming workplace, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while championing initiatives that elevate the employee experience. RESPONSIABILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our 2 floor NYC office to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting workspace
  • Act as the first point of contact to observe and troubleshoot facilities-related issues
  • Track and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventory
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employees on all things related to the office
  • Partner with Human Resources to facilitate seamless onboarding for Eataly team members in retail and corporate environments
  • Support employee offboarding
  • Maintain and create employee building access including ID cards, alarm system code and travel systems
  • Book travel arrangements for employees and candidates while ensuring alignment with company travel policies
  • Manage conference room bookings and general office scheduling
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Assist with office engagement activities such as lunches, and special events
  • Arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas as needed
  • Relocation support including sourcing and reserving housing (temporary and long term) for employees who relocate
  • Set up all new travel accounts and provide training for new hires
  • Book travel for larger meetings and events
  • Support the finance department with monthly reconciliations
  • Monitoring, ordering, and stocking office supplies
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel
  • Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience in office management, employee experience, operations, or related roles
  • A genuine passion for creating great workplace experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to work onsite from our NYC office
  • Previous experience working with SAP Concur or other travel system

  • Experience with corporate relocation preferred

  • 0-3 years’ experience in an office support role

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Pay range is $20-$24 per hour
