Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk & Admin Officer to manage the reception, support office administration, coordinate travel, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle correspondence
- Maintain a tidy, professional front desk and office environment
- Support internal meetings and general office administration
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
- Oversee office facilities and liaise with maintenance vendors.
- Monitor cleaning staff performance and ensure common areas are well-maintained.
- Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
- Support general office administration and documentation as required
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highest level of ethical behavior and discretion
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment
- Proactive, with excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- PA experience is an added advantage.
- Work effectively, professionally, and tactfully with diverse teams, senior staff, and external partners
