Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive market share, strengthen consumer loyalty, and maximize profitability. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while responding quickly to market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
Develop and implement brand plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Define brand positioning, value proposition, and communication strategies.
Monitor brand performance and market share to recommend corrective actions.
Marketing & Campaign Management
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful brand communication.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Drive product development initiatives from concept to launch.
Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
Identify consumer insights and market trends to inform innovation strategy.
Business & Market Development
Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies to optimize brand performance.
- Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.
Cross-functional & Stakeholder Leadership
Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver business targets.
Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and distributors.
Represent the brand at corporate events, trade shows, and industry forums
Qualifications
Requirements
5–7 years’ progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and product lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Excellent project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
