Job Description
SUMMARY:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous baker to produce an extensive range of baked goods, including artisanal breads, fine pastries, sophisticated cakes, and gourmet cookies. The ideal candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of advanced baking techniques and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all products.
- Meticulously prepare and execute the baking of a diverse array of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, adhering strictly to established recipes and techniques.
- Precisely measure, combine, and prepare ingredients with utmost accuracy, following exacting recipes and employing advanced culinary techniques.
- Proficiently operate and maintain sophisticated baking equipment, including industrial ovens and mixers, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Rigorously monitor all baking processes to guarantee that products consistently meet or exceed stringent quality and uniformity standards.
- Execute the decoration, packaging, and presentation of baked goods with the highest level of attention to detail and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to the most stringent sanitation protocols.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring full compliance with local and national standards at all times.
- Diligently monitor ingredient levels and initiate the procurement process for supplies as needed, ensuring uninterrupted production capabilities.
Qualifications

1. Demonstrated professional experience as a baker or in an equivalent culinary role is mandatory.
