Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive market share, strengthen consumer loyalty, and maximize profitability. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while responding quickly to market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement brand plans aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and communication strategies.

  • Monitor brand performance and market share to recommend corrective actions.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful brand communication.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Drive product development initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.

  • Identify consumer insights and market trends to inform innovation strategy.

Business & Market Development

  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies to optimize brand performance.
  •  Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.


Cross-functional & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver business targets.

  • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and distributors.

  • Represent the brand at corporate events, trade shows, and industry forums

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.

  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and product lifecycle management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Excellent project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
