Job Description

EAT N’ GO seeks an experienced and strategic MARKETING DIRECTOR   to lead and oversee all marketing activities across its brand portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing fully integrated marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth.

  • Lead the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

  • Manage brand management strategies and collaborate with operations teams to meet business targets.

  • Drive local marketing initiatives, including new store openings and local events, to maximize customer reach.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.

  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver maximum ROI.

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including performance appraisals and professional development.

  • Manage agency relationships and ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide monthly reports to the CEO.

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior brand management role within FMCG, QSR, or retail industries.

  • Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, branding, and public relations.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience conducting performance reviews.

  • Expertise in marketing analytics, market research, and campaign performance tracking.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
