Job Description
Event Planning & Execution: Organize training, award ceremonies, fundraisers, and promotional activities; manage logistics, bookings, and attendee arrangements.
Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors, community organizations, and government bodies; manage agreements and strengthen existing partnerships.
Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate on marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and promotional materials; represent the organization at events.
Administration & Reporting: Manage event budgets, track outcomes, and maintain accurate records; report to the Head of Admin and Business Support.
Collaboration: Work with staff and volunteers on project groups and event briefs.
