Job Description

• Supervision Of PH Commissary

• Controlling Entire Logistics Process Of Movement Of Stock From Abuja W/H To Another

• Preparing The Weekly PR And Weekly Stock Taken

• Handling The OER Action Plan

• Searching for new supplier Supervises

• commissary personnel, including assigning duties, training, coaching and counseling; reports any associate problems to manager

• Ensures proper stock , food and other products are in their appropriate locations

• Maintains daily awareness of product needs; determines quantities required to adequately stock commissary, assists management in ordering supplies

• Oversees inventory control, including receiving shipments and disposing outdated material

• Maintains safety, security and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, and work areas

• Oversees and/or sets up machines and equipment for commissary

• Oversees the proper closing of assigned area

• Enforces company policies and safety regulations HR-01/F008/V.04/18.01.2023

• Initiates and organizes procedures to set standards for the warehouse

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent meets the his job Description

• Experience with warehouse and or software applications, routing and dispatch software systems required

• Experience with ground transportation operations and all related safety regulations

• High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level

• Good analytical skills

• Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude 5 Qualifications

• Make decisions and exercise sound judgment.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays

• Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and at the same time deliver time results and reports.

At least 7 years in food industry
