Job Description
Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely reporting and analysis of the consolidated financials including but not limited to income statement, statement of financial position, cashflow analysis for the entire business. S/He oversees the financial performance of the business on daily basis, analyze the financials and ensures accuracy and completeness of the data. He is also responsible for setting up the automated financial models required for monthly reporting and budgeting. He will be in charge of the implementation and integrity of the Enterprise Reporting System (Navision) and ensure seamless reporting structures are set up and implemented.
Analyze the economic stability of the various segments and provide information necessary for budget and investment decisions to Head of Reporting and Chief Financial Officer
Ensures the reporting is precise, accurate and complete.
Prepares and is responsible for the consolidated Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial reports – Profit and Loss; Balance sheets, Cash flows
Analyze and scrutinize the financials, set up monitoring of critical accounts and follow up actions
Develop templates and implement regular ratio and other analysis for improved decision making
Responsible for the monthly/quarterly and annual budget, Analyze actual versus budget spent and provides recommendations
Qualifications
Experience / Education Required:
8+ years’ experience in the field at minimum
Professional experience from reputable corporation
Experience with Dynamics Navision is a plus
High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner
Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude
Make decisions and exercise sound judgment independently
Promote excellent leadership skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills

Well-developed accounting skill and GAAP knowledge
