Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 104 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

·       Handling new employee induction and ensuring that all pre-employment formalities are completed.

·       Store Managers and above Recruitment from start to finish.

·       Participate in promotion interviews for operations staff members.

·       Handle all employee related grievance issues

·       Background check for senior level hires

·       Manage L & D function for above store level employees

Ø  Carry out TNA

Ø  Enroll employee for appropriate training

Ø  Ensure training is registered with ITF

Ø  Manage and monitor training budget to cut cost and ensure staff members are adequately training

Ø  Process ITF claims

Ø  Carry out post training evaluation with the support of line managers 

·       Manage Exparts’ health insurance

·       Assist in Payroll preparation

·       Assisting with the updating of HR manual, and employee handbook and other policies and manuals

·       Provide support and response during audits

·       Assist in updating company and departmental organogram

·       Update Job Description as needed

·       Conduct annual performance appraisal for above store level employee

·       Produce company newsletter

·       Ensure compliance of all statutory remittances e.g. NHF, NSITF, Pension, ITF

·       Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources.

·       Assist in planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines

Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

·       3 -5 years’ experience in related field

·       Bachelors’ degree in business administration or relevant field

·       Good analytical skills

·       Good communication skills

·       Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.

·       Remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment.

·       Study and apply new information, and take initiative.

·       Excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

·       Work accurately with close attention to detail.

·       Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

·       Work effectively, professionally and tactfully with company’s diverse workforce, team leaders, senior staff, and outside companies and public agencies.

Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
