Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance of the company's facility as assigned.
  • Supervising team members
  • Maintaining and ensuring that all appliances and tools are functional and well kept, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out.
  • Plan and co-ordinate all installation.
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supply to meet health and safety standard.
  • Review utility consumption and strive to regulate cost.
  • Monitoring and inspection of facility etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering - (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • 3 to 6 years experience in related field
  • Knowledge of various facility systems, such as HVAC, refrigeration, PLC, electricity, etc.
  • Efficient in the use of Microsoft excel and word
  • Good leadership skill.
  • Coordination skill
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Hands on mechanical and technical skills etc.
