Job Description

This is a key position with our Early Intervention Center.  This position includes supervising a team of behavior therapy assistants and assisting the team with implementation of program-wide PBIS. Develop and supervises Behavior Support plans, including behavior therapy, consultation, and support to family members in order to meet behavioral/communication outcome goals.  Provide Functional Behavior Assessment to children currently receiving services in our system as needed.  Participate in the development of Individual Family Service Plans and Outcome Reviews and IEP reviews. Supervise behavioral data collection and review behavioral changes and skill acquisition for monitoring of progress and revisions of plan. Complete necessary paperwork including progress notes, Daily Activity Reports, Billing sheets and complete Functional Behavioral Assessment. Discharge any other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Behavior Support Services. Provide clinical supervision of ongoing sessions and direct group meetings of teams to provide clear coordination of services.

 

 

Qualifications

Licensed behavior specialist in PA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
