Job Description

EasternCCTV USA LLC is a leading provider with multi branches in USA in design, development, manufacture and distribution of surveillance products. We value our team members and regard them as our greatest asset. We are looking for goal-targeted and self-adopted individuals who are willing to challenge themselves and moving life forward positively. Sales experience is not mandatory, as we can train you!!!


Compensation equals base salary, unlimited commission and possible bonus. Base salary is commensurate with your experience.


Job duties:

  • Understand and implement sales process from conduct client prospecting to products delivery
  • Excel strategies to achieve sales increase
  • Stay tuned on up-to-date products and market trends
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accomplish monthly quota and maintain long-term relationship with clients
  • Comfortable to make cold calls and outdoor visiting encouraged, or join trade shows
  • Ability to demonstrate quality of selling products
  • Actively resolve customer complaints



Qualifications

Job qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individuals comfortable to work independently
  • Strong communication skills

Additional Information

Benefits: 7 days paid time off including vacation/ sick days/ personal days after probation period

Commission: 1-3% based on the sales volume after finishing monthly quota

Health insurance: offered after 90 days from the hiring date
