EarthLink is approaching its vision to be one-stop shop for connectivity and IT services, including network/Internet connectivity, cloud computing, data center co-location, enterprise IT solutions, and software development.

The Sr. Network Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the maximum possible service availability and performance for company’s customer facing ISP services and network by handling maintenance requests resolution within approved objectives and metrics set by the company. The Lead Engineer position handle level 3 tickets with more complex networking requests than tasks handled by the Junior Network operations Engineer.

Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point).

Good in English language.

Training courses: CCNA, CCNP, IT ,ISO, ITIL, Certificate would be beneficial.

Work experience: 2-3 years.
