Company Description
EagleCraft, a company of the Bryton Marine Group, is a growing custom aluminum boat builder with a tight‑knit team of approximately 25 employees and a strong pipeline of work ahead.
We are seeking an experienced Production / Project Manager to lead the delivery of custom vessels and help scale our operations as the business grows.
The Production / Project Manager is a member of EagleCraft’s Senior Management Team and plays a critical role in setting direction, driving execution, and shaping how we operate as the company grows.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes ownership from start to finish.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead custom vessel builds from contract award through final delivery.
- Own production schedules, priorities, and day-to-day execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop Project Leads and cross-functional teams.
- Drive safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Leadership to remove obstacles and keep projects moving.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in project and production management within custom manufacturing or marine environments.
- Strong working knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and project controls.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, an excitement for AI opportunities.
- Ability to captain EagleCraft vessels for sea trials, testing, or delivery is a strong asset, but not required.
