Job Description

The Role
As Marketing Manager your role is to devise and deliver activities in line with the strategy developed by the Commercial Director. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who ideally has several years’ experience across the full range of marketing activities and has the imagination to rapidly advance this ambitious company. The role offers great variety in a professional environment and provides the opportunity to continually develop your skills and knowledge as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
• Propose, gain agreement and deliver the marketing plan
• Responsible for the day to day coordination of projects and progress reporting
• Delivering key campaigns and events program
• Management of all Social media and online advertisements
• Building and sending mass HTML and e-mail campaigns and providing analytical reports
• Updating company website with relevant and engaging information
• Preparing proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objections
• Raising brand awareness through a variety of activities and events

Qualifications

Person Specification
• Degree in marketing or related subject
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Imaginative spark capable of producing high quality convincing visual presentations on web, advertising and sales proposals
• Excellent written skills and ability to interpret and communicate our solutions
• Ability to manage relationships with agencies and suppliers
• Self-motivated team player, proactive and able to make things happen
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate issues to Senior Management Team and colleagues
