This position is responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of pitches for our European clients, working closely with pitch leads, account teams, strategists, creatives, and senior leadership.
As a collaborative and solutions-focused leader, you will drive pitch excellence during the agency’s most high-stakes growth opportunities in the European market. You will ensure every new business touchpoint is efficient, strategically sound, and flawlessly executed. This role is critical to defining how the agency wins in Europe, requiring you to think creatively, anticipate challenges, and keep cross-functional teams moving forward and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end orchestration of new business pitches and RFI/RFP responses for European opportunities, partnering with pitch leads and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, compelling presentations.
- Manage pitch logistics, including overseeing timelines, team workflows, budget tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless delivery under fast-paced deadlines.
- Serve as the connected tissue, aligning internal stakeholders, driving accountability, and ensuring messaging consistency tailored to the European market.
- Conduct background research on prospective clients, competitors, and regional industry trends to help the pitch team tailor its strategy and messaging.
- In partnership with the pitch lead, coordinate the quality control of all materials, including case studies, capabilities decks, and credentials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Take ownership of all financial documents in a pitch, coordinating with inline Client Services and Project Management teams.
- Optimize pitch operations through process improvements, AI-enabled efficiencies, and the management of knowledge-sharing tools and client-facing deliverables.
- Maintain a pulse on agency capabilities, past performance, and credentials to proactively package insights for future opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with US colleagues as required for integrated pitches, requiring flexibility to accommodate different time zones within reason.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in new business, pitch/project management, or growth operations within an advertising, healthcare marketing, or communications agency.
- Experience with the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare marketing landscape in Europe is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Experience managing complex pitches with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines, bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and structure to fast-moving projects.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and medical communications.
- Collaborative, agile, and resilient—able to build consensus, inspire teams, and deliver results under pressure.
- Technically savvy, with experience in workflow management (e.g., Workfront), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), SharePoint, and procurement platforms being a plus.
- Passionate about driving agency growth and shaping the future of healthcare marketing in Europe.
