Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Lead Contract Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Initiate, process, and manage Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreements (MCDAs) and related contractual documentation.
- Create and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) account records for both clients and vendors.
- Establish and update SFDC contact records for clients and vendors.
- Conduct research to verify vendor and client entity types, legal structures, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Create contract records in DocuSign CLM through Salesforce, including MCDAs, Professional Services Agreements (PSAs),Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Monitor contracts throughout the DocuSign CLM review and approval lifecycle, completing required workflow tasks and ensuring timely progression.
- Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of standardized contract templates.
- Develop, maintain, and track fee increase schedules and related reporting tools.
- Maintain contract data and documentation associated with annual client pricing reviews, renewals, and communication initiatives.
- Create Salesforce opportunities to facilitate SOW processing and contract record management.
- Support vendor contracting activities, including contract intake, DocuSign CLM record creation, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Create, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of CDA, PSA/MSA, BAA, and SOW templates.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute beyond core duties.
- Maintain and update departmental data repositories, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and readily accessible.
- Provide support for cross-functional departmental initiatives, including Finance, Business Operations, and other strategic projects.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Education:
- BCom/ BBA/MCom/MBA/LLB Law
- Experience and/or Training:
- Excellent Organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and superior reading comprehension skills are a must
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in handling SFCD, CLM is highly desirable
