Job Description

EVERSANA Intouch is looking for a Resource Manager who will bring problem solving, positive energy and collaboration to our Resource Management team. You will work as a partner with various teams, helping ensure that all projects get assigned on time while balancing workloads across the team. Be prepared to stay on your toes as you solve for real-time resourcing requests while proactively planning for what lies ahead, looking at both the big picture and the small details. You should be comfortable asking questions and expressing your best possible solution for teams who need resourcing support. You should understand the importance of leveraging resourcing-related data and tools while balancing that with what’s happening at the ground level. Agency project management and resource management experience are both relevant backgrounds in this role. Strong communication skills are necessary as well. This role in particular will primarily be responsible for resourcing for our Editorial team. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bring problem-solving skills, positive energy, and collaboration to the Resource Management team.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure timely project assignments and balanced workloads.
  • Address real-time resourcing requests while proactively planning for future needs.
  • Maintain a balance between big-picture planning and attention to small details.
  • Communicate effectively to provide the best possible resourcing solutions.
  • Leverage resourcing-related data and tools to support decision-making.
  • Understand and respond to ground-level resourcing needs.
  • Primarily manage resourcing for the Editorial team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. 
  • Maintain and update employee data records for all full-time employees, contractors, and freelancers in our core systems (Workfront and D365) to reflect changes in portfolio, billability, reporting structure, employment status, and more.
  • Manage the employee data onboarding for all new hires, including the creation and configuration of employee records with all necessary information such as start dates, team assignments, and role-specific details.
  • Create and manage D365 roles and team codes within our systems, including the assignment of cost and sales pricing for all rate cards.
  • Assign appropriate roles and team codes to all employees to ensure accurate data and system functionality.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms by performing regular audits and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage and respond to data-related inquiries and change requests submitted through ServiceNow and other official channels.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
  • 3+ years of resource management or relevant agency project management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Organized and detail-oriented while also strong at multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
  • 3+ years of resource management or relevant agency project management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
