Job Description

As a Vice President of Marketing & Communications you will focus on leadership, strategy and execution. This is a strategic role that leads enterprise-wide impact initiatives and assumes direct team management and accountability. This role will champion the partnerships with senior and business leaders, and oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans and campaigns with the goal to create awareness, generate interest and demand and overall promote our services in the industry. This role will be key in influencing EVERSANA’s development and communication of value props that differentiate our business in the industry and work across the enterprise to impact brand compliance.

  • Works with service line and commercial leaders to influence EVERSANA’s development and communication of value props that differentiate our business in the industry 
  • Works work across the enterprise to impact brand compliance
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing communications plans and campaigns
  • Set annual team goals, drive results and report out insights to optimize marketing plans and strategies
  • Aligns priorities with the priorities of the CMO, and CRO
  • Supports the marketing budget development
  • Setting clear direction, effective plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Developing a pipeline of excellent talent to fill future business needs
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs, and services.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing, communication or a related degree required
  • Marketing experience within a service industry is essential; health and/or pharma experience is preferred; 12-15+ years of marketing experience required
  • Salesforce or other CRM, Office 365, Co-pilot or other AI regenerative tool; MS Project or other project management tool.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to build relationships with key internal customers, including executive leadership
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues, including video production
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute marketing plans for diverse audiences
  • Ability to take complex topics and communicate them effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities
