Job Description

THE POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and hands‑on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and integration frameworks. The ideal candidate must hold Platform Developer I and II certifications and be capable of building scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions. Experience in Health Cloud is a strong advantage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Implement and customize functionalities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configuration steps, deployment documents, and design specifications.
  • Support deployment activities and provide post‑release support as needed.
  • Work closely with QA and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and enhancements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

  • <5% Travel (% or number of days)
  • Hours (45 Hours per week, 5 days of the week)
  • Ability to work independently in a 2 PM – 11 PM shift, coordinating with global teams.
  • Deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions within defined timelines.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned modules, from design to production support.
  • Provide technical inputs in solution discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
  • Uphold data security, compliance requirements, and platform governance guidelines.
  • Adhere to project timelines and quality standards

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

 

  • Mandatory certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Strong hands on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and handling integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, batch classes, and triggers.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (highly desirable).
  • Exposure to healthcare data workflows, patient records, compliance standards, or EMR/healthcare CRM systems.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications or middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Integration Architect) are a plus.
