THE POSITION:
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and validating a wide variety of reporting products for internal and external partners for the Patient Services Business Unit. The role requires an indepth understanding of the US Healthcare Landscape, and the role manufacturer supported Patient Services Program serving in this landscape. The Developer should be equipped to translate requirements from non-technical resources, articulate recommendations, to achieve high quality data products.

- Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Maintain new Reporting products
- Ensuring work is accomplished timely with a high level of quality
- Articulate and translate requirements to technical with a focus understand what is needed
- Communicates with confidence and is proactively thinking about what the next as we grow reporting products to best serve our patients

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, CIS, Software Engineering or related
- Experience and/or Training
- 4+ Years of experience in a healthcare setting developing Business Intelligence Solutions
- Experience supporting Patient Services, Affordability, and/or Pharmaceutical Programs
- Advanced experience with the following: SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake
- Material experience mapping for and creating requirements for a variety of data migration projects.
- Self-Motivated and Curious about the work we do at EVERSANA.
- Comprehensive work product documentation skills
- Licenses/Certificates (e.g. trade certificates, driver’s licenses, professional certifications, etc. required)
- Technology/Equipment (if applicable, the proficiencies required to perform the job)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience and/or Training
- Data Science or Analytics experience in a robust patient centric organization.
- API-based data sources
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks
- Patient experience analytics
- Client facing support for data products
- Licenses/Certificates
