Job Description

POSITION:

Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, we are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to design and build modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences using cutting-edge frameworks and cloud technologies.

 

RESPONSIBILITES:

Development & Architecture

  • Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Implement reusable components and ensure responsive design across devices.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs (REST & GraphQL).
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Work with Node.js for server-side rendering and integration tasks.
  • Deploy and manage front-end applications on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda) and other cloud platforms.
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and collaborate on Kubernetes deployments for front-end workloads.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup for front-end deployments using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
  • Ensure secure and compliant implementations (GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot UI performance using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana.       Collaboration & Quality
  • Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Participate in agile development processes including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Write technical documentation and contribute to end-user guides.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and efficiency.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like ReactJS, Next.js.
  • Experience with Node.js for server-side rendering and integration.
  • Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for front-end deployments.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and basic Kubernetes concepts.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
  • Experience with streaming/messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Technology, Computer Science, Science
  • 3-5 years relevant industry experience (Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Consulting, Management Consulting, Hospital systems, Payers, Enterprise level data-analytical solutions)
