Job Description
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Supporting the vision and direction of the organization for focus on employee education and training initiatives.
- On a daily basis, identifying and assessing the training needs of the employees through consultation, observation, New Hire Orientation, and from recommendations from Supervisors and Managers then assigning to Certified Trainers.
- Supporting the Training Specialist in the development of individualized and group training curriculum to address specific needs and results in tangible outcomes.
- Being able to conduct unbiased assessments, grading and following up on a consecutive cycle.
- Being responsible for delivering courses and curricula concerning the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and teaching Certified Trainers as required, following the established guidelines and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implementing effective and purposeful training methods/methodologies and being able to train the Certified Trainers using the same methods.
- Supporting training curriculum strategy, design, and deployment of content.
- Driving cultural values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Demonstrating effective communication (verbal and written) with all team members.
- Managing the technologies required to develop, manage, and deliver training.
- Setting clear direction, effective plans, and measurable outcomes through the management of each training class.
- Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing Certified Trainer performance, work processes and other resources.
- Managing all training materials and files including document control and training records in accordance with cGMP
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Day to day supervision of certified trainers.
- Drive a performance-based culture.
- Recruit and train as needed to ensure compliance and process is routinely followed.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Education- Verifiable HS education or better
- Strong coaching experience
- Technology/equipment Microsoft Office 365 skills, Outlook

- 2-4 years of training and or training support experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Bi-lingual - English/Spanish
