Job Description
THE POSITION:
We are seeking a diligent and initiative-oriented International Transportation Solutions Administrator to support the Global Logistics Manager at EVERSANA. In this critical role, you will execute and manage solutions to meet international shipment requirements, specializing in cold chain shipping and supporting both import and export functions. You will also oversee specialized procurement for both active and passive shippers, coordinate Chamber studies with vendors, book/track/invoice international shipments.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will maintain strong partnerships with our transportation vendors and procurement solution suppliers, driving business development and enhancing managed transportation efforts. Additionally, you will take accountabilities for all standard Transportation Coordinator duties, as well as handling pack-out processes and managing commercial invoice activities.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that all outbound orders are processed correctly and in accordance with the required documentation. Your knowledge of DOT and IATA regulations, along with hazmat certification, will ensure that all shipping documentation meets and exceeds industry standards. You will play a critical role in mitigating risk for EVERSANA by maintaining the highest level of execution and compliance for outbound shipments.
This position serves as a liaison with the Operations team to facilitate shipment readiness and ensure that both international and domestic shipping requirements are clear and executed. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong organizational, planning, and critical thinking skills to manage varied workloads. The individual in the role is required to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal departments, carriers, and clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute international shipment solutions and cold chain shipping procedures.
- Support import/export functions and procurement activities for active and passive shippers.
- Maintain partnerships with transportation and procurement vendors to support business development.
- Execute Transportation Coordinator functions, including pack-out and commercial invoice activities.
- Ensure compliance with DOT and IATA regulations, utilizing hazmat certification for documentation accuracy.
- Consult with the Operations group to ensure shipment readiness and meet international and domestic requirements.
- Manage outbound orders and ensure proper documentation processing.
- Communicate effectively with various internal teams, carriers, and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DOT and IATA regulations
- Hazmat certification
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

- Experience in logistics, shipping, and/or supply chain management (preferred)
Position Success Factors:
- Demonstrate and have experience in international trade and transportation space.
- Demonstrate and have experience in customs documentation, working with a customs broker.
- Have direct knowledge of FDA regulations in matters of both import and export of pharmaceutical shipments.
- Have knowledge of cold chain shipping practices to include the ability to identify and work in the validated passive and active shipper space to fully understand the quality component of the role.
- Creative thinking – developing unique positive solutions to support shipment requirements.
- Communication skills – ability to inform audience of factual details in a professional manner.
- Diligence – ability to recognize the specific requirements for each shipment as they are given, which come from numerous ways of communication.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Must have excellent communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and through email to all business partners.
- Experience and/or Training: 1 year of experience and/or training background in Transportation, Supply Chain, or international shipments and cold chain requirements for shipping.
- Licenses/Certificates: HAZMAT or the ability obtain provided training from EVERSANA SCS
- Technology/Equipment: TMS, Ability to develop reporting, Microsoft Office Suites-Medium Level, Power BI
