Job Description
What Does an Account Supervisor, Market Access Do?
- This role serves as a day-to-day contact for both clients and agency partners to plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns for assigned Market Access Specialty Affiliate clients.
- The Account Supervisor should be comfortable with participation in crafting marketing strategies, brand and tactical plans/recommendations for clients focused on engaging both traditional market access stakeholders (health plans, pharmacy benefit management companies, integrated delivery networks) as well as HCP/patient initiatives which address access and reimbursement considerations.
- Interacts with clients and external partners on a day-to-day basis, cultivating strong relationships and is a key contributor to the overall success of the work.
- Works closely with other specialty affiliate and full-service agency internal disciplines across EVERSANA INTOUCH, including but not limited to Strategy, Creative, Project Management, Analytics and Dev Services; managing and overseeing projects from briefing through final delivery. Ensures the agency team has clear expectations and is collaborating effectively.
- Aligns closely with PMO to ensure all facets of the projects are tracking against set out timelines and milestones and keeps client abreast of any anticipated changes.
- Oversees the delivery and financial impact on budget. Responsible for developing SOWs and overseeing budget creation/costs for respective client brands. Ensures all budget line items are tracked and managed within target goals and objectives set forth in SOW/project briefs. Develops monthly project forecasts aligned to SOW/PO for client and internal agency.
- Provides clients with research, analytical metrics and strategic insight to develop and present effective market access solutions.
- Contributes to the creation and oversight of client presentation campaign results, POVs, and research findings with support of the appropriate SME teams.
- Adept in researching services and solutions and collaborating with EVERSANA INTOUCH departments and agency partners to continuously develop the integrated solutions offering from EVERSANA INTOUCH based on client brand needs and navigating market dynamics.
- Works closely with Account Services team to cultivate strong client relationships and work to grow existing account(s) via effective market access solutions.
Qualifications
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Approximately 6-8 years of related experience: client service agency and pharmaceutical experience required
- Market access client service experience strongly preferred; however, candidates with a strong background in HCP marketing or MedComms will be considered
- Expertise in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing including a strong understanding of all phases of the commercialization lifecycle from pre-launch through loss of exclusivity; launch experience preferred
- Capable of overseeing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Proactive thinker. Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions which align to core Brand and Market Access strategic imperatives
- Demonstrated problem solving skills. Flexible, able to intercept changes from multiple partner agencies and clients and triage appropriately
- Digital, media and technology marketing experience a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions internally within EVERSANA INTOUCH and externally with clients and agency partners
- Strong written presentation and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Some travel may be required

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $113,300 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
