Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Training and Development Specialist will have a passion for training and development, strive to have a great partnership with all team members, and the tenacity to deliver excellent service. The Training and Development (T&D) team partners with organizational leaders to strategically identify and execute solutions to meet organizational learning needs. You will provide custom learning and development solutions required or requested across the organization's Patient Services business unit and help drive programs and training initiatives that directly impact the daily working lives of EVERSANA employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Instructional Design
- Design, development, implement, and evaluate high quality learning and development materials and solutions
- Understands sound adult learning and instructional design principles and methodologies
- Supports Training Team in determining training needs, best practices, procedures, and coordinating execution of training
- Meet with leadership and subject matter experts to access training and development needs, then design, develop and implement new training initiatives as necessary to meet client requirements
- Conduct needs analysis, designs learning objectives, builds content and creates relevant job aids and instructional materials such as presentations, videos, hands-on training, instruction material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids
- Seeks to analyze and understand the departments or teams being supported
- Designs training materials to support new initiatives throughout EVERSANA and completes training related tasks that meet business objectives in driving quality, customer service and effectiveness
- Works to continuously evolve and modernize training assets to continuously improve the learning experience; design, develop and maintain content style
Instructional Implementation
- Promulgate EVERSANA culture and leads by example
- Schedules and conducts in-person and virtual training including managing logistics and scheduling
- Assigns and updates training curricula or materials in the learning management system (LMS) as needed
- Collaborates with Training Team to align and ensure consistency in training processes and performance improvement initiatives
- Develops training curriculum and leads training sessions/classes in alignment with sound adult learning and instructional design principles to support new associates working to meet performance and organizational standards
- Provides individual coaching and training to intra and inter-organizational partners on training and development best practices
- Consistently evaluates effectiveness of programs for continuous improvement and proactive business partnership
Project Strategy and Management
- Remain current with changing policies, technologies, and services for training delivery
- Identify and recommend training and development opportunities throughout the business unit
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Resources, related field, or comparable work experience
- 3-5 years of years of relevant training and development experience in a corporate setting; ideally experience in healthcare
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning practice and impact (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s, etc.)
- Experience designing, developing, creating content, launching and delivering learning programs
- Direct experience with facilitation / teaching
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal and consultation skills

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $73,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
