Job Description
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
- Coach, mentor, educate and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance individual selling skills and elevate overall team performance
- Hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations
- Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
- Leverages the EVERSANA platform to position all existing sales teams to optimize performance.
- Ensures proactive management of deployed sales teams – to ensure EVERSANAs is achieving all objectives. Looks for ways to enhance / add value to strategic engagements.
- Partners with Operational Team lead to ensure work processes and client deliverables are optimized and timely.
- Works closely with prospective clients to grow EVERSANA Deployment Solutions business. Works closely with existing clients to grow and enhance EVERSANA footprint.
- Developing a pipeline of excellent talent and prospective clients to fill future business needs.
- Partners with cross-functional partners on strategy for growth and executional excellence.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs, and services to upgrade EVERSANA competitively in the marketplace.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. Ensures client delight with all existing clients – seeks ways to grow EVERSANA footprint with existing client.
- Responsible for sales team deployed by EVERSANA.
- Responsible for the management of our Virtual Sales teams
- Manage executive business relationship from Deployment Solutions with Sales team clients.
- Partners with cross-functional partners to optimize Deployment Solutions strategy and execution.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Education Bachelor’s Degree Required preferably in the Sciences
- Experience and/or Training prior experience in leading Pharmaceutical sales teams and experience with a service organization), minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical leadership.
- Licenses/Certificates none
- Technology/Equipment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of CRM and Salesforce Platforms

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $177,000 - $239,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
