ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are best achieved by:

• Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Customer Support teams in identifying and primarily to ensure building testable and automatable components.
• Participate in an Agile team focused on developing automated testing solutions and own the area.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and lead all the QA sprint members in different test phases.
• Strong attention to detail, Quick learning, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise
• Build manual functional/API/Test coverage, Test Summary & Requirement traceability reports

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 3 to 5 Years of total work experience.
• Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies
• Exposure with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
• Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, JAVA, Python)
• Good Knowledge on Salesforce health cloud Service, Administration, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Web based application functional/Database/API/User interface testing.
• Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
• Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
• Knowledge of Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
• Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, Rest Sharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB quires writing and testing tables and views
• Good understanding of database and should be able to write the SQL queries
• Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
• Ability and willingness to work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
