Job Description
Primary responsibilities include:
- Take a lead role in managing and implementing EVERSANA's business vision and objectives and supporting the strategic development of the business
- Play an active role in commercial analytics practice development in delivery and Onshore communications
- Lead multi-client projects – structure and build team capabilities to deliver innovative and effective solutions with high levels of client delight
- Play a lead role in delivering with an eye to detail to QC, and working closely with Onshore Counterpart on multiple assignments
- Engage closely with cross-functional EVERSANA teams making ensure seamless delivery
- Lead development of proposals/feasibility studies for new projects / commercial opportunities
- Possess broad and deep subject matter expertise and knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market
- Experience in Multi Chanel marketing, Omnichannel, Digital and Marketing analytics with relevant experience in in Pharma / Life sciences industry, leading analytics engagement
- Knowledge of advanced analytics like MMX, Test control analysis, A/B testing, Promo response models, Optimization, impact analysis for MCM and digital channels, web analytics, micro-segmentation, Impact analysis and Return on Investment (ROI) for overall Omnichannel program, Channel attribution, content affinity, behavioural models etc.
- Hands-on experience in SQL is a must R, Python, and Tableau are good to have.
SKILLS REQUIRED - Strong Knowledge of Pharma Domain, US market is necessary
- Open Claims data understanding
- Good understanding of 867 data
- SQL, Excel and PPt. skills
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, operations research, pharma) and strong academic record with 7+ years of relevant work experience (required)
- Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD, M. Pharm) (highly preferred)
- Experience at a top global management consulting firm (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record in managing the projects from kick-off to insight generation and presenting to the client
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required)
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills (required)
- Knowledge of key issues, trends, and current developments in the Pharmaceutical, MedTech and Healthcare industries (preferred)
- Expertise in commercial analytics solutions such as SFE, Market Analytics, Forecasting, Omnichannel, Patient analytics and RWE solutions (required)
