Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing all implementation and operational activities necessary to meet the clients’ and internal business leads’ expectations, business objectives, and contractual metrics for Data and Analytics commercial projects.  This role will also be the primary point of contact for client engagements.  The Technical Project Manager will be expected to lead meetings to understand and document client requirements and provide best practice recommendations.  Organize and track deliverables for internal resources in order to ensure client delight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

  • Manage the planning, implementation, and administration of Salesforce.com/Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, EVERSANA Master Data Management, data warehouse for both implementation and ongoing managed services projects
  • Act as primary point of contact for multiple EVERSANA clients
  • Participate and lead meetings regarding CRM and data integration projects, including demonstrations
  • Document requirements as actionable tasks
  • Handle incoming questions from internal and client teams and resolve or escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal business units, departments, and applicable external vendors to accomplish project essential tasks and deliverables.
  • Create and manage agile boards for workstreams during implementation and managed services / ongoing projects
  • Create Statements of Work as needed.
  • Identify upsell or additional partnership opportunities.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas to develop processes or create efficiencies.

  • All other duties as assigned

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel (10% or number of days)

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales operations
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Reporting & Analytics systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fundamental understanding and application of project management principles and skills
  • Strong aptitude towards usage of automated systems; technology focused
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
  • Experience managing clients and vendors

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS from an accredited school or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with an outsourced service provider
  • Hands on Salesforce.com or Veeva Vault configuration / administration experience

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 100,500 to $141,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
