THE POSITION:

The VP, head of data defines the strategy and execution of data services across EVERSANA. This role will stitch together our data into a consistent data tapestry with the applicable permissions for data utilization at a granular level. This role defines and builds our data services into true data platform teams and offering for internal consumption. You enable the creation of data solutions including providing the data platform for artificial intelligence to use. This role leads data infrastructure, MDM, data governance, and data warehousing/dashboarding teams across EVERSANA. You will define the strategy and execution in alignment with EVERSANA stakeholders like our Data and Digital Products teams.

• Responsible for and oversee MDM and Data Governance Activities and Frameworks.
• Interview, select and supervise the activities of the staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
• Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
• Health care (provider, pharmaceutical, and/or health plan) experience strongly preferred
• Senior architecture experience
• Business architecture experience
• Cloud solutions experience

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $172,000 to $232,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
