Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Senior IT Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and executing complex technology projects within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and effective communication. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Developing and executing project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Monitoring project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Engaging with senior-level management, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Education Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience and/or Training 7+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Ability to collaborate with external vendors and manage vendor relationships
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and influence decision making
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $97,000 to $136,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
