Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Partners take a leadership role in the strategy, development, and growth of EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC).

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Grow the practice by leading strategic business development and solution sales efforts to improve the outcomes for our life science clients.
  • Develop, broaden and deepen the EMC partnership with a portfolio of clients.
  • Leverage your life science subject matter expertise to serve as an external & internal facing expert.
  • Support the development of junior team members by coaching and expanding their skillset when appropriate.
  • Lead and advise client engagements across our markets.
  • Ability to design and sell solution-oriented engagements and the growth of a book of business.
  • P&L responsibility

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) highly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong track record of success in selling—and leading the delivery of—strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies (required)
  • 8+ years of project leadership and management experience at consulting firm (required)
  • A strong understanding of dynamics and issues in the biopharma industry (required)
  • Experience generating and managing a $3M+ book of business preferred.
