Job Description

THE POSITION:

 The People Partner position is responsible for leading HR-related duties on a professional and confidential level and is also responsible for working on site at the EVERSANA facilities physically located in Memphis, TN. The primary HR areas of focus include, but are not limited to, the following: employee relations, payroll and benefit administration including employee support, workers' compensation, onboarding and offboarding experiences and employment law compliance both locally and federally, as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Collaborate with Director of HR and the Channel Business Unit to determine the annual business goals/needs and to determine how the People Partner position supports those priorities.
  • Ensure full understanding of EVERSANA Total Rewards programs including base pay, variable pay and benefit offerings as those apply to different positions.
  • Manage all employees' questions including an accurate and timely response to each employee on a daily basis.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement ideas for processes, people and technology issues as they relate to HR and to the Channel Business Unit of EVERSANA.
  • Collaborate across EVERSANA to ensure knowledge sharing of best HR practices.
  • Partner with third parties (such as worker's compensation, etc.) and also partner with other business areas within EVERSANA (payroll as an example) to ensure key stakeholder buy in where applicable.

  • Travel (this position will not normally travel; however, it may need to be available to travel in certain circumstances such as an all-HR meeting)
  • Hours (This is an exempt position where the hours may vary given the work and business needs.)

        Qualifications

        MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
        The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

        • Education: this position requires a Bachelor-level degree, preferably in management, human resources, or an applicable life sciences degree focus
        • Experience and/or Training: this position requires a minimum of Five years of previous HR experience in both human resources as a coordinator/associate/generalist or above including all HR facets of the job
        • Bi-Lingual in Spanish
        • Previous HRIS:  another strong preference is given to previous HRIS experience such as UltiPro/UKG, WorkDay, etc.
        • Licenses/Certificates: this position does not require a license or a certification
        • Technology/Equipment:  this position requires a minimum of beginning expertise in MS Office for both Word and Excel

        PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

        • Education: this position requires a Bachelor-level degree, preferably in management, human resources, or an applicable life sciences degree focus
        • Experience and/or Training: this position prefers previous experience in a similar role where best practices may be able to be used in this role
