Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engagement Managers within the Management Consulting practice are responsible for leading strategic projects to support clients decision-making across Market Access, BD&L, Launch and Commercialisation.
MORE SPECIFICALLY:
- Manage the consulting engagements/client relationships
- Lead the development and execution of strategic projects across all functions, serving as the primary point for project management, tracking progress, issues and communications.
- Ensure key functions are aligned, integrated, and working toward a common goal at the strategic and execution levels
- Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative and effective recommendations and high-quality deliverables.
- Coach/mentor junior team members to extend their skills & responsibilities as appropriate.
- Play an active role in practice development.
- Elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work, product enhancements or additional service offerings.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the dynamics & issues within biopharma commercialization, and a cross functional view of launches
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment of success in delivering launch/ brand strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies
- 6+ years of experience at a leading management consulting firm
- Experience in developing brand strategy, cross functional launch plans and ongoing launch project management
- Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred)
