Job Description
EVERSANA® MANAGEMENT CONSULTING combines deep industry and functional area knowledge with specialized expertise in market assessment, analytics, and strategy development. Our global experts help industry executives address their most pressing business challenges.
We are the strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA®, serving a broad range of large and small biopharma, med tech and digital therapeutics companies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Assigning available staff with current or near-term availability to project assignments that align with their skills, experience, professional goal, and/or staffing preferences
- Optimize utilization by making staffing decisions in support of the project development strategy
- Providing project leads with ongoing Resource Management and related support
- Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours
- Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, and assigning additional staff
- Meet with team members to discuss professional development goals and other staffing related inquiries
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency, productivity of the team and make improvements to attain high levels of achievement
- Full-cycle Contractor Management, including, identifying, and vetting potential contractors, scheduling interviews, and facilitate onboarding
- Support development of proposals for new business based on client requirements and specifications
- Identify junior team members to support proposal development
- Documenting processes and maintaining records
- Implement consistent practices and polices
- All other duties as assigned

- Travel, Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
- Hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk, and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in resource management in similar industry
- Experience in managing budgets
- Communicates effectively with others with clarity and transparency
- Exceptional interpersonal skills when dealing with team members, vendors, and clients
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- BA undergraduate degree
- Experience in a Professional Services environment
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office, including, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Share Point, and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using Professional Services Automation tools (i.e., Kantata)
Additional Information
EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $113,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
