Job Description

THE POSITION:

This position will be responsible for successful delivery of client programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or healthcare clients. The Associate Principal is responsible for coordinating efforts between customers, operations, medical and analytics teams and to enhance existing services business operations to generate new lines of business through custom data deliverables, consulting practices and new product development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  As an Associate Principal, Data & Analytics, you’ll be working with internal and external clients, data providers and other 3rd parties to enhance and execute team priorities by leveraging data and analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning and advanced statistical techniques. Our goals are to enhance existing services business operations with data and analytics, to generate new lines of business through custom data deliverables, consulting practices and new product development. This will include hands on work to deliver business requirements and technical specifications our data science team can deliver with. This position will also have broad responsibilities that will include project coordination/management, presentations to executive staff, coordinating and leading demos and client interactions. You will play a key role on a small and nimble team – responsibilities will be broad and varied. This role will support clients, business partners and GMs via operational excellence, strategic thought, effective decision making and organized project prioritization and delivery. The Associate Principal provides a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions to D&A P&L and to the organization.

  •  Responsible for and oversee team resources in D&A business unit
  • Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
  • Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel (less than 25%)
  • Hours (40 hours min per week, M-F)

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 8+ years of experience in data and analytics with direct experience working with Patient Level data, Hub/CRM data, Market Access data, with knowledge of cloud based storage, Tableau and other data visualization software.
  • Knowledge of copay assistance programs including coupons, PAP, bridge programs, copay accumulators/maximizers and other leading industry initiatives
  • You are able to identify and solve issues and escalate when appropriate. You resolve conflicts constructively. You proactively identify and communicate growth goals.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of customers, end users and colleagues.
  • Strong collaborator and relationship builder.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and manage multiple priorities. Teamwork and scrappiness required.
  • Familiarity with Matrix organizations and ability to operate with start-up excitement
  • Understanding of AI/Machine Learning models

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency at SQL, Tableau, Snowflake knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $168,000 to $235,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
